Registration Policy
At least one author per paper has to register
Each registration entitles the author to present one paper only.
Registration fee includes conference proceedings, conference kit, refreshments during conference that includes high tea, lunch, dinner, gala dinner, and tea/coffee during sessions.
Registration fee includes access to all technical sessions.
Registration fee DOES NOT include accommodation during the conference.
The authors’ names must match with the ones provided during the paper registration for review process.
Student (Non Author) / Additional Author registration is only applicable for attending the
conference
For accepted papers atleast one author must register at early-bird registration rate in
order to have paper(s) included in the proceedings. Every accepted paper must be presented by
one of the authors in
person/virtual for its publication in the proceedings.
One registration fee only covers a single paper and the certificate will be given only to the
presenter.
If other authors of a paper want the certificate as well, they have to register as an attendee.
Non payment of appropriate registration fee by authors on or before the mentioned
deadline will result in withdrawal of the corresponding papers from publication in the
proceedings.
The registration will be considered complete only after we recieve the payment.
All accepted, registered and presented papers in MAI-2023 will be published in the
Springer Conference proceedings
which will be indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, Google scholar.
